Announcing the Tech Executive Leadership Initiative Winter 2023 Leaders
The Aspen Tech Policy Hub and the Tech Talent Project are thrilled to announce the 26 members of our Winter 2023 Tech Executive Leadership Initiative (TELI). These leaders hold vast experience in technology and innovation, and we were delighted to spend several months with them, teaching them policy and government leadership skills.

TELI seeks to train experienced technology leaders to engage effectively with public sector challenges and governments. The TELI program is a 10-week, part-time program run jointly by the Aspen Tech Policy Hub and the Tech Talent Project.
Many of these leaders will present policy projects at our Accessible Futures: Empowering Youth, Fostering Inclusivity demonstration day on Thursday, June 28 from 4-5pm ET. The projects include proposals for the State of Oklahoma’s Human Services agency to improve services for those aging out of foster care and for the Department of Homeland Security’s TSA program to enhance traveler experience at checkpoints.
