Elizabeth Ruiz
Management consultant specializing in analytics and organization strategy at Deloitte Consulting LLP. She previously managed programs that teach farmers to use emerging technology to improve soil health and worked with tech coalitions to advocate for telecom regulations benefiting low-income consumers.
