About Marc

Marc K. Hébert has spent the past decade helping teams use research and design to build better products, services, and policies for government employees and the people they serve. He has launched design and research practices in a social safety net agency, on a government data team, and within a compliance technology organization. Marc has a PhD in Applied Anthropology from the University of South Florida, where he learned how people experience the design of online SNAP and Medicaid services. When he is not championing the public sector, Marc coaches soccer and experiments with new chickpea recipes.
