Kateri Gajadhar-Smith

Kateri Gajadhar-Smith is the Program Manager for the Aspen Policy Academy, where she supports innovative policy trainings and leads high-impact program operations. With a career rooted in education, she has helped schools adopt innovative approaches for disadvantaged students. Kateri is a big believer in the power of smart organization and seamless workflows (preferably color-coded). A proud New Yorker, she spends her free time joyfully improving—but never perfecting—her hobbies, from learning Italian to volleyball to knitting.
