About Julia

Julia Chrusciel is a Privacy Analyst at the City and County of San Francisco. She previously researched biometric recognition technologies, privacy, and technology policy as a Staff Technologist at the Georgetown Law School Center on Privacy & Technology and was a Web and Software Developer at the NYU Governance Lab. Julia has a master’s degree in Public Policy and Modern Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Chicago and a bachelors’s degree from Wellesley College. She enjoys learning languages in her spare time.
