Jessica Kaisaris

About Jessica

Jessica Kaisaris is a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft AI, where she is building personalized user experiences on the Microsoft Advertising platform powered by multi-agent systems. A lot of her time is spent on building agents to accelerate her product lifecycle, from user research and design prototyping to product strategy documents. Prior to Microsoft, Jessica worked at multiple early-stage startups across Europe, North America, and West Africa to launch companies in new markets. Today, in her spare time, she volunteers as a Responsible AI auditor, evaluating product launches for potential harms and ethical considerations. Outside of work, she’s either chasing after her toddler or attempting long-distance cycling. She holds a Master’s degree in Cross-Cultural and Sustainable Business Management from the American University of Paris.
