About Ginny

Software engineer, writer, and activist committed to making technology’s next chapter more human and inclusive. She is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of #MovingForward: a global social movement working with over 100 VC firms around the world to address harassment and discrimination in venture capital. Formerly she worked as a Software Engineer at Uber and a Marketing Manager at healthtech startup Glow. She holds a degree in American History & Literature from Harvard University and formerly held the Guinness World Record for the world’s longest phone call (46 hours, 12 minutes and 52 seconds).
