With 20+ years of experience at the intersection of technology, policy, and international development, Blair has designed data-driven programs addressing complex social challenges across health systems, disaster response, and sustainable development. At Medic Mobile, Blair pioneered digital health solutions using data analytics to connect healthcare providers in remote communities, later developing evidence-based policy frameworks at WHO and managing an $800M+ foundation and philanthropic portfolio at UNICEF USA. A Vanderbilt and Yale graduate currently pursuing a doctorate in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Blair leverages her expertise from her various roles in the public and private sectors, translating technological innovations into meaningful impact for vulnerable communities worldwide.
