Bailey is a global health professional with a diverse background in clinical science, international affairs, healthcare, and Chinese studies. Bailey previously conducted cancer research at the National Institutes of Health’s National Cancer Institute and has since built a career focused on global health diplomacy, U.S.-China health cooperation, biotechnology, and equitable health interventions. Her cross-cultural expertise and experience spans work with institutions such as China CDC Weekly, the National Security Commission on Emerging Biotechnology, and the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations, as well as founding Health Atlas.
