Bianca J. Jackson is an AI and workforce innovation strategist focused on building human-centered systems that align technology with real economic opportunity. Previously, Bianca led cross-sector initiatives in immersive technology, AI literacy, and workforce development across corporate, public, and education sectors, including work connected to a Pulitzer Prize-winning project at USA Today. She currently supports a federally funded AI literacy initiative across two historically Black colleges and universities. Bianca has degrees from Drexel University and the University of Maryland. She is especially interested in how systems can better recognize the value people already bring to their work.
