About I-Chiang

I-Chiang Chen is the Senior Director of Engineering at Nordstrom. He leads initiatives in search, data science, and marketing platform capabilities, driving scalable solutions that elevate customer experiences. Prior to Nordstrom, I-Chiang held leadership positions at Amazon and Expedia, where he led global engineering teams that delivered innovative customer experiences. He also serves as an Industry Mentor for the University of Washington’s MSIS program. I-Chiang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Washington and has pursued executive development at the University of Washington.
