About Eleanor

Eleanor is the Director of Government Innovation at Code for America, where she leads ecosystem-building work that enables government agencies across the country to adopt best practices for human-centered digital service delivery. Eleanor joined Code for America from Futures Without Violence, where she designed and led national technical assistance initiatives to prevent relationship violence. Eleanor received her BA from the University of Chicago and has a Masters in Public Health from UC Berkeley. Outside of work she can often be found arranging flowers or practicing her next Karaoke solo.
