About Ayzit

Ayzit Doydum is a User Experience and Design Researcher with a background in cognition and cognitive neuroscience, focused on understanding how people navigate complex, high-stakes systems and translating those insights into actionable decisions. Previously, she led research and collaborative design work across enterprise and B2B contexts, including finance and logistics, and worked as a consultant supporting organizations operating in regulated environments. Ayzit holds an MS in Cognition and Cognitive Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University, where she was a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow, and a BA in Psychology from Temple University. Outside of work, she enjoys cardio and strength training and is often found dissecting poorly designed forms and thinking about how systems could better serve the people who use them.
