Priority will be given to applicants who submit by March 30th at 11:59pm PST. Read below for more information on the individual positions and to apply:
Communications Intern: We’re seeking a part-time Communications Intern to assist with Aspen Policy Academy content development and outreach. Responsibilities may include drafting weekly policy newsletters and news posts, developing case studies and quarterly mini-reports for funders, creating promotional content, and more.
This internship is perfect for students who want to gain experience at the intersection of communications, policy, and nonprofit management. During our summer Fellowship, all interns may also have unique opportunities to attend policy training courses and guest speaker sessions.
Social Media Intern: We’re also looking for a part-time Social Media Intern to support content creation and social media strategy development. Responsibilities may include developing creative campaigns to highlight Academy programs and accomplishments, capturing and editing content during our in-person Science & Technology Policy Fellowship, tracking social media metrics, and more.
This internship is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on social media experience while learning more about the policy process and nonprofit operations.
