Patrick Beckley
Patrick Beckley is an environmental engineer with seven years of experience as technical lead on chemical risk management and environmental justice strategy with the US Environmental Protection Agency. He is currently serving as a US Embassy Science Fellow to Kigali, Rwanda, where he provides technical assistance on carbon markets to support conservation. Patrick earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Howard University and is a Climate and Society master’s candidate at Columbia University. In his spare time, he builds innovative climate tech prototypes that support community adaptation actions like urban forestry.
