Janette Fong
Janette Fong is a co-founder of U.S. Digital Response, where she ran the Unemployment Insurance program and also led the team of volunteer project managers working on a variety of state and local government projects. She previously was a Product Lead at Lyft, where she led the efforts to build a customer engagement platform, and prior to that, was Director of Product at LendUp, where she led efforts to rebuild the loan decisioning and administration platforms. Janette has a Masters of Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In her spare time, she likes to come up with hands-on science and math projects for her 6 year old daughter that build on her daughter’s interests. She also recently gave birth to a baby boy.
