Dawn Comer
Dawn M. Comer is the Executive Officer and Sr. Director of Digital Inclusion & Innovation for the City of Los Angeles, serving in the Mayor’s Office of Finance, Operations and Innovation. She was previously a FUSE Corps fellow for the City of Los Angeles, leading Smart City initiatives and a Senior Management Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, leading digital transformation for Fortune 500 clients. Dawn has an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and State (NCAT) University. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys the performing arts and teaching dance at her church.
