Angela Mitchell
Angela Mitchell’s expertise in web and mobile strategy, content delivery, and UI/UX design is fueled by a passion for media and emerging technology. As the Senior Director of Technology at Comcast, she oversaw development of an omnichannel communications platform, spearheading AI and ML based customer service initiatives for millions of verbal and written interactions each month. She has a Master’s Degree in IT with a focus on Telecommunications Technology, holds patents for innovations in content delivery systems, and in 2016 she was named in Multichannel News’ 40 under 40. Angela is an amateur racecar driver with the Rocky Mountain chapter of NASA and loves spending time with her family in Denver, CO.
